I got the wrong size didn’t hear from customer service for a while and got pretty upset. However somebody eventually did contact me, was very sweet professional and encouraging and I got my situation settled. Thank you so much.
I thought the white stones would actually be white. There is only one stone that is mostly black with a bit of white on it. The other “white” stones are almost clear.
Just when I thought you couldn't come up with another design you offer this beautiful obsidian design. I think you could wear it year round.

I bought this one for everyday and am so happy with it. It did take a while to get used to the weight of it but now I hardly know it is on my wrist. It was so easy to attach which is a more than I can say about other bands I have tried. All in all, though the cost is a bit more than I would normally spend, it is well worth it. Thank you soooooo much for this product.
